Downloads Cleaned!

I have deleted alot of the older downloads, as well as all the decals that were uploaded by anyone but me. We had several decals uploaded that were from various sites, without the owners permission. So please, be sure the decal you upload is yours, or it will not be approved. Also, please pay attention to what downloads are already up, we had a couple files uploaded multiple times by diff members.

There also a poll attached, I'd like every member to vote, your opinion counts.

Umm, if we get permission to upload something that someone has made for us WE can upload it right? thats the only question I have lol
